Spring

It's only the end of February but with the sun shining so brightly, I was in the mood to start my Spring cards. I had planned on making a black and white card but then decided I would soften it by layering it with a soft blue cardstock. The gemstone I used for his eye is from Hero Arts.

The bird image is from Inkadinkado and the Happy Spring verse is from PSX.

All Occasion card

I love this stamp since it can be used for a get well, birthday, sympathy, love or thinking of you. This single stamp is from Stampa Rosa.

After coloring and layering I just add glitter to the butterfly.

Birthday cupcake

This was a fun card to make. This cupcake was a digi so all I had to do was color, layer and put sparkles on the tips of the flames>

Birthday card for grandson

Having a fun day today making birthday cards. This first one is a birthday card for our 28 year old grandson who lives near the water so thought it was fitting for him.

The map, bottle, and ship are all stamps from Just For Fun. I raised the bottle using pop dots so it would stand out a bit. The verse inside says "There's No Catch! Just Wishing You A Great Birthday!" and is from Arizona Stamps,Too.
